Businesses Or Careers You Can Start Based On Your Talents

85% of the population does business or are walking on career paths that do not align with their innate talents, abilities, and skills. This misalignment may raise stress, depression, and low productivity, costing corporations big bucks. This loss is because employees work jobs that do not align with their innate abilities and skills.

I hope that can change as more and more people delve deeper and focus on their talents and abilities rather than just settling because it is rather convenient.

How To Discover Your Innate Talents And Skills

But before landing the right business or career path, how does one realize what their innate talents Are for them?

Leo Buscaglia said it right when he said, "Your talent is God's gift to you; what you do with it is your gift back to God."

I firmly believe God has deposited unique gifts and talents into every one of us, and He expects us to develop and use the talents He has given us.

When we ignore our innate abilities and move onto a different path, we bring ourselves unwanted stress and unhappiness because "we are trying to fit into a shoe size that is not ours." I hope that makes sense.

You do not have to be depressed going into work because you don't like what you do - you are born to be creative and contribute to society, and you are born to do work that you love. So it starts with knowing who you are and what you are best at doing.

When we talk about talents, it's not limited to singing, dancing, or painting.

We have other talents, including people who are gifted in engineering, communication, sciences, computer, design, marketing, or giving advice.

I am gifted in giving advice, plus I have other abilities and skills such as writing, business, problem-solving, and design. But, my top talent is giving advice. Therefore, my work includes being a motivational speaker, Bible counselor, business consultant, writer, fashion designer, and skincare entrepreneur.

I hope you have an idea of how you can develop an idea of what career path to take or what business to start based on your talents and skills.

God distributes more than one talent into us, so it is easy to list what your interests are and come up with a plan for the kind of work you will do.

Also, when you discover your talents, you may have to go to school to develop your talents and skills.
